We have here another wonderful find in this very Beautiful Group of Lorraine Wilson Signed Hand-Painted Plates.
This Group consists of the following Four beautiful Plates as follows:
Country Scene featuring Barn near Brook - 12 1/2" by 8 3/8" - Signed by Lorraine Wilson at lower edge of Plate.
Playful Mice amongst Toadstools - 9 1/4" by 6 3/4"- Signed by Lorraine Wilson at lower edge of Plate.
Beautiful Young Woman attired in 1920's era clothing and hair style - 9 1/4" by 6 1/2" - Signed by Lorraine Wilson at lower edge of Plate.
Soft Pink Roses and Buds - 10 1/2" by 7 1/3" - Signed by Lorraine Wilson at lower edge of Plate - and also at underside of Plate.
Except for the Young Woman Plate, the other three already have their wall hangers connected.
The warmth, richness and depth of their colors as well as the wonderful subject matter certainly do put them in the category of 'Show Stoppers'!
They are in lovely vintage condition. We have not detected any chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. Just give them a gentle cleaning and they will certainly make a wonderful addition to your lovely Hand Painted Plates Collection. Do be prepared to receive very much pleasure as well as numerous compliments from these very charming Plates.
