We are pleased to present this vintage Copper Urn for your consideration. A wide piece with ornate Brass Handles, it has an ideal shape for a decorative Planter, and it would complement almost any décor.
The Urn is footed and measures 6-1/2 inches high. It is 12-1/2 inches wide at the handles, 11-1/4 inches deep, and has a 6-5/8 inches diameter base. The diameter at the rim is 10-1/8 inches. The Urn does not have any manufacturer markings, but we did find three small engraved marks on the side which read 18-8-84. We do not know the significance of the marks but they appear to be a date formatted in the international style.
The Urn has a light to moderate Copper patina but has noticeably shiny copper sides. The small decorative Brass handles show a moderate patina with White residue that appears to be dried polish. The inside shows light soil. There is a shallow but almost imperceptible bump on the side. We rate the overall condition as very good to excellent (see pictures).
This is a fabulous vintage Copper Urn with a delightful look. It would make a fantastic Holiday Gift, or be a wonderful addition to any collection!
