We have here another wonderful find in this Handsome Handcrafted Horse Motif Leather Handbag
This very beautiful Embossed or Pressed Pattern Leather Shoulder Handbag measures about 9 1/2 inches in width and is nearly 8 inches high when the flap is in closed position. Its gusset is about 2 inches - measured at bottom of the side when bag is in closed position.
It features an absolutely Magnificently detailed Mare and her Yearling set into a 'window' surrounded by glorious flowers and swirls.
This is a wonderful complete full-grained leather handbag - both inside as well as outside. It closes with a most appropriate latch - a Brass Horse Shoe. The Blanket Stitch laced-over edges in a Complementary Chocolate Brown completes this beautiful tableau.
Its patterned Shoulder Strap is adjustable and has a width of about 3/4 of an inch and is about 42 inches long as pictured - which appears to be its longest length. Of course it could be adjusted for a shorter length if one should so desire.
Its fine Vintage condition is a testament to the superior quality of the leather used here. Of course it does have some minor age-related surface wear to the strap - and even less on the bag itself.
This lovely Leather Handbag is quite a treasure and should be another fantastic addition to your collection. It can only continue increasing in value as more and more time goes by bringing you much visual pleasure as well as many compliments.
