We have here another wonderful find in this lovely old Cuisine Royale France Covered Roaster or Dutch Oven - Numbered 26 - in rich Country Tones of warm Tangerines to Reds.
It is quite an impressive size standing at about 7 inches in height - measured to the top of cover's knob - with a diameter, measured at its upper edge, of about 10 1/2 inches - and a width - measured across from one handle edge across to the other - of about 13 inches.
The Exciting vivid color which is slightly shaded with light tangerine tones on cover near the knob radiating outward and downward to terminate near lower edge with a rosy apple red. The nice shine to its surface finish truly makes this piece a real stand-out!
Both the Roaster as well as the Cover have the Number '26' marked on them. This is a most attractive Roaster appearing to be equal in quality to those made by Le Creuset.
Our Cuisine Royale Roaster is in lovely 'Aged Condition' exhibiting some wear to the interior surface as well as some loss to the exterior finish which we have all come to expect and love in our beautiful older examples of fine French Cookware.
This wonderful old Cuisine Royale Covered Roaster is certainly a great find and should be a fantastic addition to your French Kitchen Cookware collection. It can only continue increasing in value as more and more time goes by bringing you many compliments and a great deal of pleasure.
