We have here a wonderful find in this group of SIX Lunch Plates measuring approximately 8 Inches in Diameter. They are from different makers as follows:
J. Pouyat Limoges - It has a classic pretty scalloped edge with a very quiet pattern made up of small blue flowers with their green leaves. The Underside is also marked 'J P L'.
Fine Bohemian China Czechoslovakia. It has pretty Pink Flowers resembling daisies or asters with a nice sprig of green leaves. There is very simple gold banding trim at its nicely shaped edge.
O E & G Royal Austria. This one's pattern is of a Pretty Pink Flower resembling magnolias in various stages of blossom.
Warwick - This lovely plate is a bit more elaborate than the others with its interesting gold edge trim as well as colorful sprigs of flowers in a bouquet of warm colors such as pinks, oranges, lavenders and touches of blue.
WW J Limoges - This lovely plate also has a soft quiet pattern with no gold trim. The Little flowers are in various shades of green. It also has a very sweet raised edge pattern.
Austria - This Lunch Plate has very tiny pink flower buds and just a tad of gold edge trim to complete the picture.
Other than two very small chips at the underside of the J. Pouyat Limoges Plate, they are all in very lovely vintage condition. We have not found any other chips, cracks or repairs. They all still have a very nice shine and perhaps a few minor utensil marks and a bit of loss of the gold trim. In general though, they display exceedingly well and are a lovely find.
