We have here another wonderful find in this very lovely group of Homer Laughlin Virginia Rose Plates.
This group consists of Five plates which have an approximate 8 1/2 inch diameter each and a total weight for all five pieces of about 4 1/4 pounds as follows:
Four Soup Bowls and One Rimmed Soup Bowl.
The pattern features a charming classic pattern of sprigs of Pink, Yellow and White Flowers in bloom. There is very nice detailing to the variation on a scalloped edge trimmed with silver.
They are in lovely vintage condition with nice clarity in tone. They apear to have hardly been used - if at all. We have not detected any chips, cracks or repairs and only very minor loss to the silver edging - if any.
Just give them a gentle cleaning and they will soon be ready to be a lovely addition to your collection or for that of the collector in your life.
In addition, this is a Fantastic Investment in a lovely group of Homer Laughlin Plates which is certain to continue increasing in value as more and more time goes by!
