- Item Description
We have a great find for you today, a 20 piece collection of the VERY rare Franciscan MONTECITO collection!!
This grouping is of the beautiful "DUOTONE" in Satin Coral and Shiny Glacier Blue. It was made in the late 1940's by Gladdin-McBean and took center stage in Dinnerware!
This rare grouping offers you service for 4 with the following items;
4 ~ TEA CUPS in Satin Coral with
Shiny Glacier Blue inside (3" tall x 4 7/8" handle to rim)
4 ~ SAUCERS in Satin Coral (6 3/8" diameter)
4 ~ CEREAL BOWLS in Satin Coral (5 1/4"x 1 7/8")
4 ~ BREAD & BUTTER plates in Satin Coral (6 3/8"diameter)
4 ~ LUNCHEON Plates in Satin Coral (9 3/8"diameter)
The items are in overall fantastic condition. We have found a tiny nick in the foot of one cup, a shallow chip on one plate and a flea bite on the lip of another cup. (Please see photos) No other cracks chips or crazing that we can identify, which is remarkable for the age of these dishes!!
Our collection here would make the perfect dinner ware for these upcoming holidays or even a great gift for that Franciscan Pottery collector in your life!
Don't miss out on the opportunity to acquire such beautiful California pottery.
