With great joy, we are pleased to offer an exquisite ROSEVILLE Vase in Blue with White Magnolias.
This piece is in excellent condition!!
It has 2 handles that stand out with great stature from each side. The back ground color on this piece is a slate blue with a small area of soft maroon behind the white magnolias. These beautiful magnolias are a subtle white with the soft maroon centers and buds, while all the stems and branches are a very dark blue almost black in color. All are molded and dimensional for those of you not quite familiar with Roseville Pottery.
This type of pottery fashions a more 'matte' glaze finish which it is known for. It sits 8 1/4" tall, measures 10" from handle end to end and has a 4 1/4" diameter opening. We do find some crazing on this vase as well as a repair to one of the handles. In addition, on one flower, a little petal seems to have been repaired, which you really have to look for to see. These repairs are not obvious, but we need to mention them.
This piece would make such a great addition to your collection and most certainly a thoughtful gift for that Roseville collector in your life!
