This auction is for the 1962 edition of El Diablo, the Hinsdale Township High School Yearbook from Hinsdale, Illinois. This large volume is loaded with pictures of Students, Teachers, Teams, Clubs and much more. Hardbound, the volume has 142 pages.
The Yearbook is 12-1/4 inches high and 9-1/2 inches wide. It is about 1 inch thick, and weighs a bit under 3 pounds.
The covers show light soil with minor edge wear. Inside pages have many inscriptions and autographs, more than typically found. A page edge is torn at page 103, and there is a missing section of page at 107 (shown in our pictures above). The overall condition is very good, with the extensive inscriptions adding to the charm of the Yearbook.
This is a great vintage Yearbook. It would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
