We have here another wonderful find in this beautiful group of Homer Laughlin Dinnerware pieces. The 21 pieces as photographed and prior to careful wrapping and packing - weigh about 7 pounds:
4 - 9 1/2" Dinner Plates
4 - 6 1/4" Bread and Butters
4 - 5 3/4" Fruit/Desserts
4 - Footed Cups - 4" Top edge Diameter + 2 1/2" Tall
4 - 6" Saucers
1 - 10" Round Open Vegetable
This is an Exquisite pattern with a lovely Embossed Edge and features a very elegant Floral center pattern in especially lovely colors.
The mark on their undersides tells that they are Homer Laughlin Eggshell Theme - Made in the U.S.A. There are also several different numerical sequences on these pieces. Some have C41 N5; D41 N5; H40 N5. We believe that they date back to the period of the 1930's and considering their age, they are in remarkable condition.
We have not detected any chips, cracks, repairs or crazing.
This is a fine Investment in an Exquisite selection of beautiful Homer Laughlin Dinnerware pieces which is sure to not only maintain, but should very well continue increasing in value as more and more time goes by. They will surely become a beautiful addition to your collection!
