We are pleased to present this extremely TINY vintage Berloque toy Cap Gun with its original Red felt lined wooden box, and some of the original accessories.
The Gun itself is only about 1-3/4 inches in length. We've shown it in a picture with a U.S. Nickel to give you an idea of how incredibly small it really is. It has a bright Silver finish with a small picture of a Rabbit on one side, and what looks like a Deer on the other side. The side with the Rabbit also has a circle surrounding the text PTB 222.
The felt lined Box is 1-1/4 inches high, 4-1/4 inches wide, and 4-1/2 inches deep. The Gun, Box, and accessories weigh in at only 3.5 ounces. Note that the whitish Plastic Tube shown in the Box is empty (located just right of the Key Ring).
The Gun has some powdery residue near the Trigger, and near the end of the Barrel, but the finish seems to be in very good condition. The Trigger mechanism cocks properly, but the release is slightly balky requiring more force on the Trigger than expected. The wooden Box shows a bit of wear to the wood on the lid, but the inside is in great shape. We rate the overall condition of the Gun and accessories as very good (see pictures).
This is a nice vintage Toy with an attractive display box. It would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
