We have here another wonderful find in this Exquisite group of 8 Mitterteich "Meissen Floral" Bread and Butter Plates.
These lovely Bread and Butter Plates each have a Diameter of about 6 3/4 inches and together, they weigh approximately 2 Pounds 5 ounces.
The backstamp tells us that they are Mitterteich Bavaria and that their lovely pattern is called "Meissen Floral". They are also marked Germany.
"Meissen Floral" is an Exquisite Floral pattern, true to its name. We see Gorgeous Blossoms in full bloom displayed in warm tones of Yellows, deep Pinks, Lavender and warm white surrounded by their delicately executed dainty leaves.
Our plates are absolutely charming and are in lovely Vintage Condition. We have not found any chips, cracks, repairs or crazing and only very few if any utensil marks. Just give them a gentle cleaning and they will make for a really beautiful acquisition. What a wonderful find for your China collection.
