Item Description

This is a lovely vintage Art Deco Evening Purse in Black with a Gold tone frame and Decoration. The Purse features a large Mirror on the inside with an expandable pocket on the opposite cover. We believe it dates to the 1940's.

The Purse is 4 inches in height, 8 inches wide, and 1-1/2 inches thick. It has 2 straps, each 12 inches in length. We did not find any manufacturer identification.

The Mirror has a few black spots where the reflective coating on the back is worn. I would rate the Mirror condition as 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. There is light wear on the metal frame and fabric, with the overall condition of the Purse being very good (see pictures above).

This is a wonderful vintage Purse with a classic Art Deco look. It would be a fantastic addition to any vintage Purse collection!
