Up for grabs here, we have a fantastic Console Radio and turntable. This is one of the an RCA "New Vista" Victorola model.
This piece makes a fantastic statement with it's great mid-century styling!
We have tested the unit, and it appears to be in working order. The radio is working, as well as the turntable, but it is currently only equipped with a needle for 78 rpm records. It would need a separate needle to play 33 or 45 rpm records.
The right speaker sounds as though it might have a loose connection, or the speaker itself might need to be repaired or replaced. Although we have tested the unit, we would like to emphasize are not vintage electronic experts, and can not say for sure how much maintenance or repair it might need.
Having said that, this piece would be excellent as a media console for your flat screen TV, and with a little work, you could install modern stereo equipment for a new sound with a vintage look!
Whether restored or reworked, this piece is a striking piece of furniture. Don't miss out on this one!
