Folded cased glass that is white inside. The orange is fused and flows into the white. Crystal glass is the outer case. Nine ridges flow down to a nine petal type base. Handblown Art Glass Vase in Orange & White with Entwining Cobalt Blue Ribbon This is a wonderful art glass vase that combines orange and white spatter glass with a beautiful applied cobalt blue ribbon. It has a great height, 12" and has a top opening diameter of 1-3/4". There is no pointil evident, but I think it is because there is an applied, footed base which may be covering it. The piece is so beautiful that you wouldn't have to use it. Just looking at it is enough. The colors are vibrant which makes this a special vase. There are no cracks or chips. This item is an infusion of colors including orange, yellow and a darker orange inside a clear glass outer shell. Streaks of color are seen throughout the vase. The color is a stunning deep blue on a squarish shape with a smooth textured rough finish in the the surface. The handle has been applied.
